Our young church community is slowly growing — and we rejoice in it! Yesterday, during our Sunday service, we finally presented the name of our new church — THE ARK OF HOPE.
This name is deeply meaningful. “Ark” refers to the one Noah built — the place of salvation for everyone who believed and entered. Today, the Ark is a biblical image of the church — a place where anyone can find refuge, peace, and new life. A place where Christ welcomes, heals, and gives hope.
“Hope” is a powerful word for Ukraine and for all who are going through loss. We want to show people that true hope exists — and it is found in God. This name reflects our vision: a church as a space of acceptance, love, restoration, and care for families. A place where everyone can feel at home.
For many in our team, these two words — “Ark” and “Hope” — already hold special meaning. They are connected to the mission “Hope for the East” and the worship band “Ark”, through which the Lord once touched our hearts.
We pray that God would bless the registration process of our church — that it would go smoothly, quickly, and without obstacles. Most importantly, we pray that our church truly becomes an Ark of Hope for many, where people find salvation, meaning, and new life in Christ.
