Today, Christmas joy came to the children of the village of Korystova in the Khmelnytskyi region

Despite winter break, about 120 children gathered together—and that alone felt like a small miracle.

The war reminded us of itself once again: because of shelling in Ukraine, the power went out at that very moment. But the darkness could not overshadow the celebration. On the contrary, it made what cannot be turned off shine even brighter—children’s laughter, sincere smiles, and eyes full of expectation.

The joy of special Christmas gifts, warm words, and shared moments became a quiet yet powerful testimony: even in the darkest times—amid war, cold, and uncertainty—Hope remains.

This Hope has a name.
It was born at Christmas.
It lives in hearts.
It is Christ, who comes to people precisely when the light seems out of reach.
